Steven is the Product Integrity Manger – Compliance for Hallmark Cards, the world’s largest greeting card manufacturer. Prior to moving to Asia, Steven had over 10 years’ commercial and supply chain experience working for Hallmark’s International business in the UK where he held a variety of roles including account management, new product development, project management and sourcing product from Asia and other international suppliers.

Steven also currently sits on the ICTI Ethical Toy Program Technical Advisory Council, an independent team made up of major retailers, manufacturers, brands, and licensors. The team offers their advice and support with technical matters and various projects to support the ICTI Ethical Toy Program.
