Training 2: Understanding effectiveness and impact of community investment and CSR programs
Companies want to understand if the community programs they are supporting are having a positive impact. However often times the programs have not been designed to achieve its intended objectives. Instead the focus is on completing the activities rather than understanding what is needed to achieve positive outcomes.
This session will go through step-by-step the Theory of Change methodology to help attendees first understand the effectiveness of their program design and accordingly determine what else is needed for their CSR programs to achieve positive impact. Participants will be able to apply the methodology during the training on their own CSR programs to ensure relevance and practicality of session.
