When will I receive my attendee badge?
You can pick up your badge and Summit delegate pack on the morning at the registration counter or the day before the Summit. Badges will not be mailed.
When should I pay for the Summit?
Payment must be received prior to the Summit.
When will I receive confirmation that I am registered?
You will receive confirmation via email within 3 days of receipt of your registration payment.

What does the Summit fee include?
Your registration fee includes attendance of the Summit, access to conference sessions, conference material, lunch and a welcome reception and networking dinner.
What is your cancellation policy?
Substitute delegates are always welcome at no extra charge.

What should I wear?
The dress code at the Summit is business casual. Speakers usually come in business attire.
Can I obtain the presentations?
PowerPoint presentations will be made available on the Summit website 4 weeks after the event. You will be provided with access details for the presentation material via email after the Summit.
