VISA requirements
Depending on your country of citizenship, you may be required to obtain a visa to enter Malaysia. Visa requirements vary and are subject to change, so please refer to the respective High Commission/Embassy/Consulate of the country concerned.
Early Bird & Special Discount All Early Bird discounts require payment at time of registration and before the cut-off date in order to receive any discount.
The multiple participation package cannot be combined with any other sponsorship package discounts, Strategic Partner offers or the early bird promotions. Sponsored places for NGOs at the CSR Asia Summit Since 2010 UBS have sponsored a number of delegate passes for NGOs to attend the CSR Asia Summit and pre-summit training courses. This year they will be continuing their support and applications are now open.

These CSR Asia Scholarships are supported by UBS for the Summit.
Booking Confirmation Registration is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you within 3 working days when payment is received. If you do not receive any confirmation after 3 days of completing the registration, please contact us at marketing@csr-asia.com.
Transfer policy If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide the name and title of the substitute delegate with a completed registration form. Any difference in conference fees must be paid.
Cancellation policy A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations received in writing no later than four weeks prior to the summit; thereafter we regret no refunds can be made. CSR Asia reserves the right to alter the programme without notice including the substitution, alternation or cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or alternation of the dates and/or location of the summit.
Force majeure
In case of force majeure, CSR Asia has the right to alter or cancel the Summit without prior notice, however a notice of the occurrence shall be given by CSR Asia as soon as reasonably possible. CSR Asia shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. Force majeure shall mean any circumstance such as but not limited to acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, airline flight cancellations, strikes, lock-outs, flood, commercially unfeasible, and failure of third parties to deliver goods or services. CSR Asia will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
