Your registration fee includes attendance to the summit, access to the conference sessions, conference material, lunch for 2 days and canapes and drinks at our networking reception.

NGO / Student / CSR Asia Strategic Partner Rate
•  We define an NGO as an organisation with charitable status. If you wish to register NGO rate, please submit supporting documents to show that your organisation is an NGO with charitable status (corporate foundation is not applicable to NGO rate). A dedicated promo code will be given once it is confirmed.
•  If you wish to register student rate, please submit a copy of your student card for verification. A dedicated promo code will be given once student identity is confirmed. 
•  If you wish to register CSR Asia Strategic Partner rate, please contact your relationship manager or summit@csr-asia.com for your dedicated promo code.

Early Bird & Special Discount
All Early Bird discounts require payment at time of registration and before the cut-off date in order to receive any discount.

Early Bird offer cannot be combined with other promotion or discount use at same time. 

The multiple participation package cannot be combined with any other sponsorship package discounts, Strategic Partner offers or the early bird promotions. Payment Method
Credit card, PayPal and Bank Transfer in USD are acceptable with online registration. Please email to summit@csr-asia.com if you wish to pay in HKD with credit card or bank transfer.

Booking Confirmation
Registration is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you within 7 working days when payment is received. If you do not receive any confirmation after 7 days of completing the registration, please contact us at summit@csr-asia.com. 

Substitutions & Cancellations
Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to 24 hours prior to the start of the conference, at no extra charge assuming that the substitute person holds the same membership status or additional fees may be required.
Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows:
8 weeks or more prior to start of event: 10% of the delegate fee
4 weeks prior to start of event: 50% of the delegate fee
4 weeks or less prior to start of event: 100% of the delegate fee 
All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing.

Right to use photo
Please note that by attending the CSR Asia Summit 2018 in Hong Kong, you are attending a conference where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by CSR Asia and its representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar CSR Asia events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of CSR Asia. Thank you for acknowledging upon your registration to the event your consent and waiver of liability and release.

Force majeure
In case of force majeure, CSR Asia has the right to alter or cancel the Summit without prior notice, however a notice of the occurrence shall be given by CSR Asia as soon as reasonably possible.  CSR Asia shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. Force majeure shall mean any circumstance such as but not limited to acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, airline flight cancellations, strikes, lock-outs, flood, commercially unfeasible, and failure of third parties to deliver goods or services. CSR Asia will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
