As New Balance’s Senior Compliance Manager, she directs their CSR Compliance Program in the Asia region. Previously Crystal worked as a Human Rights Manager at Reebok.

Prior to entering the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, Crystal spent six years in human resources management at Emerson Network Power. She started her career with a national machinery manufacturing company after graduating with a degree in mechanical design.
