Nicole is senior private sector partnership officer at the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a lender of rural development finance active in over 80 countries, with a current portfolio of $17.3 billion.  Nicole leads IFAD’s partnership work with global agribusiness and food companies, addressing smallholder farmer livelihoods, women’s economic empowerment and climate adaptation. She also oversees the organization’s ESG due diligence work.  Prior to the UN, Nicole worked in private philanthropy and sales/marketing with small businesses globally.  Nicole has an MBA from the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
