Anna Harper is Senior Manager of Ethical Sourcing Manufactured Goods at Starbucks Coffee Company based in the Seattle corporate office.  Anna has 15 years of experience in Food category, marketing, Operations Services, Supply Chain Commercialization for buy and make coffee and beverage products, and currently leading the global Ethical Sourcing programming for over 7000 suppliers.  Her team develops the global standards for social responsibility assessments and consults with the regionally teams on execution of the program.

Prior to Starbucks, Anna worked at Microsoft supporting technical support teams in Asia and at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation training US, Chilean and UK librarians on Office 360 software, sustainment programming, and Library programming grant support.

Anna is a graduate of Western Washington University (B.A.).
