Arindama is working with ELEVATE as Client Services Manager based in India. She strives to help businesses understand the need to become more Responsible than responsive. Previously, Arindama has been the key to Tesco’s Responsible Sourcing program in India & Sri Lanka, right through shaping the strategy and developing a good team in the region. She brings together a well-rounded experience of working with Factory, Not-for- Profit, Audit Body and brands like Next and Decathlon.

Arindama holds an Engineering degree in Fire Technology & Industrial Safety. Her knowledge of Fire Technology, helps her provide a solution centric approach on implementing Fire Protection measures in Manufacturing Sites. She broke the Indian Legal stereotype in the field of Safety, after being appointed as the first Female Safety Officer in any Indian factory. She has represented India as Human Rights Expert, for a program on “Business & Human Rights- Protect, Respect, Remedy” in the United States of America.
