Profiles

Basil works as a Sustainability Consultant in the Sustainability Strategy and Communications Team at ELEVATE Switzerland. In this role he supports clients in the development of company-specific strategies and communication regarding sustainability. Before he joined ELEVATE, Basil gathered practical experience in various sustainability related fields. He participated in research projects concerning the decarbonisation of Switzerland, helped a Panamanian real estate company improve their recycling management and focused on biodiversity during his work in an environmental engineering office. Basil studied Environmental Systems and Policy (MSc) and Environmental Sciences (BSc) at ETH Zurich and focused on renewable energy systems and corporate responsibility. He is fluent in German and English.
