Catherine is Head of CR & Sustainability Search (North America) with Acre, where she places senior executives into corporate and board-level roles.   Catherine also sits on the Board of Future-Fit Foundation; a non-profit providing free sustainability performance tools for businesses and investors.   With a keen interest in good governance and the importance of diversity at board level; she recently published The Social Board to explore how  boards can be better equipped to deal with disruption and the impacts of climate change in their business.

Catherine is passionate about the importance of finding the right CR& Sustainability individuals to help drive change at every level within an organization and beyond.  Prior to Acre she worked at Global Action Plan (GAP), a leading environmental behaviour change charity; and prior to her time at GAP, she worked for a boutique executive search firm where she placed senior executives within the charity and public sector.

She completed a Masters in Sustainable Tourism, Development and the Environment at SOAS/Kings College London (2001), following which she published a paper (‘Rethinking Standards from Green to Sustainable’) with Professor Xavier Font.
