Charlotte is a Supplier Engagement Manager at Amazon and leads the global Worker Voice Program, which utilises tools and technologies to hear and respond to workers, and other third parties, about their lived experiences. Charlotte has over ten years of experience working with multi-international retailers to address environmental and human rights challenges in supply chains, and has also led a team looking at businesses’ impacts on children’s rights at Unicef UK. She holds a Master of Law in International Human Rights from the University of London.
