Enes has been working in the field of social and environmental compliance in supply chains since 2003. He started as a field auditor to monitor and mitigate/remedy non-compliances in textile factories in EMEA.

Un focuses on capacity building and sustainability through establishing effective delivery and implementation of management systems in supply chains. Un looks beyond the existing methodologies and supports the idea of empowering workers for a better workplace and collaboration with stakeholders for sustainable solutions to merging issues.

In addition, Un has collaborated with various various stakeholders in EMEA to support the fair employment and integration of Syrian Refugees in Turkey.
