Jill Turner Hurley is the Head of Global Citizenship, Worker Well-being at Ralph Lauren Corporation. In this role, she oversees the Company’s human rights due diligence for RL’s global supply chain. She leads the worker-focused efforts to drive positive social impact within the Company’s Global Citizenship and Sustainability strategy, Timeless by Design. Jill has spent 17 years at Ralph Lauren in various capacities. While initially focused on human resources and fair employment practices, she has spent most of her career in the compliance, human rights, and worker empowerment space. Prior to Ralph Lauren, Jill worked in human resources in the financial services industry at Citi.

Jill graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University with a B.A. in Human Services and minors in Sociology, Psychology, and Spanish. Jill is based in New Jersey.
