Sandy Sherman is an accomplished Executive and Subject Matter Expert with more than 30 years’ experience focused on Compliance and ensuring supply chains are free of forced labor.

Sandy is the current VP of Technical Design and Vendor Compliance for Destination XL, responsible for overseeing all the technical design, global sourcing IT technologies, vendor compliance, and quality assurance. Sandy works closely with the DXL Sourcing and Logistics department to ensure vendors are within the DXL Code of Conduct and C-TPAT program.

Throughout her career, Sandy has held leadership positions with Netflix, BJ’s Wholesale Club and Hit or Miss, Inc.

In conjunction with Elevate Limited, Sandy was instrumental in developing and launching the brand sponsored Tamil Nadu Grievance Helpline; Ungal Kural.

Since 2020 Sandy has been an active member of numerous AAFA committees such as Corporate Social Compliance, Joint Forced Labor, and Track and Traceability Best Practices Tier one and 2
