Steve is the Senior Director of Private Sector Partnerships for Winrock International, a diversified international development organization.  He facilitates collaboration with companies to maximize the impact and sustainability of Winrock’s projects.  Steve was previously Director of Responsible Sourcing at Target Corporation.  He has a diverse background in the private sector spanning corporate strategy, marketing, sourcing, commercial finance and investing.  Steve’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan, a public policy fellowship from the University of Minnesota and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
