Frederique Desroches is in charge of Responsible Sourcing and Human Rights at Danone. Building on Danone’s long standing dual commitment to business success and social progress, Frederique’s team is developing and coordinating the company Human Rights due diligence program. The team is working at strengthening Tier 1 suppliers’ assessments together with expanding the due diligence upstream and leveraging the Danone Social Innovation Funds.

Frederique’s previous experience includes developing social impact measurement for the Danone Ecosystem Fund and contributing to drafting the French legislation on extra financial reporting. She holds Master’s Degrees in law and CSR.
