Inés’s role in the Social Sustainability department of Inditex focuses on the improvement of social and labour conditions of factories in the Inditex supply chain. She was a key part of the development of Inditex’s gender equality strategy and works closely with Sustainability Teams throughout Inditex’s supply chain to coordinate programs and projects related to women’s empowerment. Prior to joining Inditex, Inés gained experience working on various social issues through NGOs projects in India and Spain. Her background is in law and business.
