Her areas of interest in social sustainability in the textile supply chain include social dialogue, human rights issues, wages, gender equality, women’s empowerment, financial inclusion and workplace programs that promote health.

Ingrid has been responsible for special projects associated with social responsibility, human rights and social compliance dialogue and legislation in Europe, establishing the Lindex living wage strategy, and has provided support to local implementation, monitoring and impact assessment.

Ingrid also has a background in buying and sales.
