Muhammad Mujahid Khan has over 10 years’ experience in the field of Occupational Safety and Health in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Democratic Republic of Congo and Pakistan. Currently he is an Environment Health and Safety Officer at the SAA Centre for the Improvement of Working Conditions and Environment (SAACIWCE), Labour and Human Resources Department, Government of the Punjab, Pakistan. SAACIWCE implements improvements to working conditions through trainings, risk assessments, research into low cost innovations, and advisory services.

He is approved trainer for IOSH Managing Safely, and also holds a variety of qualifications of HABC including First Aid, Risk Assessment, Fire Safety, Food Safety etc. He is also approved in Dubai as a fire safety trainer. He is NEBOSH IGC Certified Health and Safety Professional having participated in IRCA registered Lead Auditor courses on ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System), OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System). He holds an MSc and MPhil in Environmental Sciences.
